I've got a question regarding my cals

So I slipped up this past year and put on 15lb or so
I came back to MFP on March 15th to start logging and tracking again

Today marks about 20 days of watching my diet & such..
I have my cals set to 1800
I added my totals for the past 20 days and divided them, my average came out to be 1708 (some days I eat 2000+, sometimes all I have is a coffee in the morning and a little snack at night)
In the last 20 days I've also dropped 8lb, I'm sure none of it was water weight, at least I don't think so. I'm a water addict and have atleast 100oz of water a day. My weight doesn't really fluctuate, actually after eating / drinking I usually weigh less.. Yes I'm a person that hops on the scale every time I gotta use the potty.

Anyways, 8 x 3500 / 20 says.. 1400cals. Does that mean my average deficit daily is 1400cals ? Even if some of it were water weight, my deficit would still be 700 - 1000cals

My stats:
Female
18
5'2
Starting Weght: 129.8lb
Now: 121
Previous: 114

I'm pretty active, I have two German Shepherds that get walked/jogged daily, plus I'm in gym at school.
When I noticed the flabby I started 30 Day Shred as well..

I did the calc on Scoobys and it said to eat 1800 for -20%. Should I raise it? As in, do -10%?

BUT
If I eat 1708 on average, but I'm also at a deficit of ~1000cals or so, does that mean my TDEE is actually ~2700?

I honestly cant see myself eating more than that. I mean, I love food, but I'm also pretty watchful.
Part of me feels I gained out of stress.. Senior year in high school, got first job & lost it, boyfriend went into the air force, blahblah.

I would try upping your calories to 1800, making sure your protein is high enough (not sure how much you are eating right now), and see what happens over the next couple of weeks.

You don't understand what water weight is. It doesn't matter how much water you drink, water weight is water + carbs (glycogen) stored in your liver and muscles. If you go on a calorie restricted diet, odds are you're eating less carbs than you were before and you lose glycogen. Wait another week or two. If you're still dropping crazy high numbers then you can add more calories.
