Calorie deficit..

Hi all,
I wear an arm band all day that measures my calories burned for me, and then I track my food with MFP. If I'm hitting a calorie deficit for the day before even working out, do I need to work out? I know over all I do need to be working out, but lately I've been sick, and just can't find the energy to workout.

Any thoughts?

    Assuming all the data the band is giving you is correct, it depends on what you want to do!
    You can leave it and call it a day knowing you are still in a deficit or workout but treat yourself to more food - your choice! :flowerforyou: :flowerforyou:
