70% dark chocolate - my chocolate nicotine patch

I cannot recommend this highly enough. I have a bit of a chocolate addiction issue. If I start on milk chocolate, there's no stopping me, I just never get sick of the stuff! Now dark chocolate, it's nice, but more satisfying. The flavours linger for longer, so I think this is why I'm less likely to chain eat it.

Plus it's packed full of antioxidant goodness

Anyone else find dark chocolate helps them eat less?

I prefer dark chocolate to milk chocolate anyway. I can have a small little square for about 50 calories, and if I have 50 calories left at the end of the day, it is the perfect after dinner treat.

I've been wanting to try this, my willpower sucks when it comes to milk chocolate.

I am the same with milk chocolate. I seriously swear dairy is addictive for some people.
I get this wonderful 74% chocolate by a brand called Bellarom. Sold in Lidl/Aldi.

absolutely - every couple of days I will break off 2-3 squares of a Lindt 70% bar as a treat. 100-150 calories of goodness
