I have horrible self esteem....

I really do. I have break downs in front of the mirror often. I hate my body way more often than I have ever loved it. I see the same feelings with a lot of people on here as well so I thought I would share something I watched a few years ago that changed my perspective. Last night I had a bad self-image night so today I watched this and it brought things back in to perspective for me.

    That was powerful.... BUT... if you have small children in the room, as I do, please be aware of the F bomb half way through.
