Just walking

I am amazed at the progress I am making by using MFP and "just" walking. I do 3 miles on the weeknights and then try to do 5-8 per day on the weekends. I am have a trail that I am going to do on Saturday and do the entire thing - which would be 11 miles total. I am excited - I will see how far I get - might have to work my way up to doing it all...but I am going to see if I can do it all on Saturday and then I will probably just do 3 miles on Sunday.

I love walking and it is truly changing my body - soon I will incorporate weights but for now this is working. :)
