Butternut squash that tastes like candy

I found this Ina Garten recipe for roasted butternut squash, modified it and gave it a try http://www.foodnetwork.com/recipes/ina-garten/caramelized-butternut-squash-recipe/index.html... this shizz tastes like candy, I swear.

2 lb butternut squash, cubed
2 T olive oil
2 T brown sugar, unpacked
Salt & pepper

You can just toss is all together on a cookie sheet and roast at 400° F for 45-55 minutes, turning a few times. It's amazing, I promise.
