Newbie

Hey all! I recently joined MFP because I felt I needed a little extra motivation. I've always thought I lived a fairly healthy lifestyle, but getting back in to the gym recently made me realize how out of shape I actually am.

I'd like to focus more on healthy eating habits, getting into a fitness routine, and my overall shape..rather than focus on my weight. Motivation heavily needed. My roommate and fiance like to joke that I am the epitome of Newton's third law of physics; when I'm in motion, I stay in motion, when I rest, I stay at rest.

Anyway, HI! I'm excited to get started and hope to help keep everyone else motivated as well.
