Hi All!

Oh I am so happy I found this site! I've been at a new healthier me the last 4 months. Have I lost tons of weight uhh no! But I have dropped from a size 20 to a size 16! And I amount out of the 1X plus sizes I can easily fit into XL but I think I rounding the and can fit into large!! Woo Hoo

I work with a trainer once a week and I love him he really pushes me and I need that. I am stronger and healthier just the pounds are fighting me (well at least inches are coming off) . It's the calorie intake, apparently I am not taking enough in and the for the workouts I do.... Imagine that I have to EAT!? So this food/exercise journal is perfect so my trainer can see where I need to modify so the body will let go of the FAT ( no thank I dont need you anymore))!! :)

So that's my story... cant wait to log my next meal!!
