Does anyone feel that after eating a meal at a fast food resturant or any "bad" food that they should not eat for the rest of the day because they already ate all their calories or ate "bad" food. What should you do if you have a "bad" breakfast or lunch?

Throw in an extra workout to at least work off more than you would normally. Otherwise, chalk that meal up as a bad meal and continue your day like you would normally. Shake it off. You can't let one bad eating day get to you or it will hiccup all your weightloss0

Work out, earn some extra calories and go about your day.0

Absolutely not. It's likely to lead to getting too hungry. If you are too hungry, you are more likely to continue to make poor choices.0

Just try to eat healthy for the rest of the day do some exercise and do better tomorrow.
It shouldn't be a huge issue unless you are doing it all the time.0 -
Don't eat it. You won't have to worry about any of the anxiety, guilt or other BS. In so cal we have some places where it's easier to make good fast food choices - like El Pollo Loco, Pollo Campero, flame broiler...almost as fast as McDonalds but a million times less guilt.0

When I want bad stuff, I eat it if I stay within my calories. But I only try to do it on days I run because I know I have extra calories I can use.0

Just try to eat well the rest of the day. Try to have salad and stuff like that that doesn't hold a ton of calories or fat. Throw in an extra workout if you can. And when you go out to eat or have fast food, try to make better choices. Rather than going for the gease-laden burger, maybe go for a grilled chicken sandwich on a whole wheat bun and instead of fries, get a baked potato with no butter or sour cream. Maybe go someplace with a salad bar and have a plate of salad before your meal comes. Then when it gets there, you won't be hungry enough to eat everything on your plate and you may only have half of it for that meal. Pack it up and you get two meals out of it.0
