    As for energy, make sure you get enough sleep. Also, frequent consumption of high-fat high-calorie foods can make you feel sluggish and less energized throughout the day.

    People normally think that exercise will make you feel tired, but as you get into a regular exercise routine you'll eventually feel more energized throughout the day!
  • Lord knows I need it, I have plateaued and I am very bored with my workouts I really don't know what to do
