Hi everyone. I am new to MFP. I want to do a 5k, and my 10 year high school reunion is coming up. I am working out with a buddy of mine, and wondered if anyone else in the Lexington, KY area was working out and maybe wanted to do the 5k with us? I am a newbie runner... well mainly walker at this point. But give me some time...
