Just getting started!

Hello,
I'm working on losing weight and having trouble getting motivated! My plan is to eat 1200 (low carb) calories a day and to walk (or maybe start to jog?!) for 30 minutes at least four times a week. I have always had some weight and image issues but in the past I was able to find motivation to lose weight...this time not so much. Have been struggling for months but I'm hoping by tracking and even writing this will help me with accountability!
