    I'm originally from Mich too and moved back to FL last september because I wasn't able to find good medical doctors. Moved back here to go to Mayo and doing much better. Working with nutritional expert because I have gastroparesis that is in active stage so for 16 months been you know what. Also insulin diabetic. I need heart healthy diet as well. So my challenges are many but very serious now about my health so I need all the help I can get. Losing weight not so much a problem, but holding down food or getting nutrition out of it is a problem.
