Greetings, I am trying a new approach with building a support group for weight loss success. I have lost and found myself (weight wise) more times then I can count. biggest triggers are soical events, stress, being told no on a food item by others, and general coping skills to life issues. Food is non judgemental until it turns to excess on our bodies and there the cycle continues. I am hoping to build a support system that will not lift me up and slame me the next time. That one is usually my mom but I really dont think she is aware and my boyfriend means well........but. so I look forward to working with everying as we tackle this journey together.
