    wow you are making great progress!! i love to hear that your endurance has gone up as well!

    Significantly, its amazing. I started by walking my pug for 20 mins. Per day and now I'm running 5 miles in a hour.

    I'm a smoker too, so I'm most impressed by this.

    Not to mention, I have energy all day and sleep well at night.
