Too far under calories!

I have set my food diary to TDE -20%, and today is my first attempt at it. My problem is I still have 735 calories remaning, but no fat left and I have gone over a tiny fraction with sugar. I am not sure if my amounts of each macro are correct or not and I have no idea what else I could have to up the calories but stay within limtis! I am new to calorie counting and trying to learn, so my diary is open if someone could give me any pointers!

Do you think it matters too much if something is over, as long as it isn't too much? Or do you think a calorie is a calorie, and it doesn't matter too much about the macros?

Thanks in advance :drinker:

I pay attention to kcalories first and macros second.

Do you like nuts and nut butters?

I try to do 5 small meals at approx 300 calories each, it keeps me from being hungary, and helps keep my metabolism going.

Just worry about calories first. After a while, it'll get easier to follow macros if you want since you'll be more familiar with the macro counts of food. I don''t worry too much about it tbh.

Thanks :) I'm just worried if I have too much of one thing.. like fat or sugar... it might prevent me from losing any weight. I have no idea though!

Proteins are always tough to get in, try eating some egg, or even just the eggwhites if you're worried about fat. Lean meats can help you, too, Try a grilled chicken sandwich, or if you're still up for a warm meal, actually make some lean meat with vegetables.

But I agree with the others. Calories matter first, macros after.
