I took pictures on day 1 and day 15 (forgot about the rest) and I noticed a pretty significant difference. My fiance did it with me as well and noticed major differences by day 15 as well.0

I think it really depends on your eating and how much weight you have to loose...
I didn't really see a weight changed in the first month, it bounced back and forth between 2 numbers.
Now that I'm getting my eating under control, and really paying attention to what goes in my mouth I'm starting to see the numbers drop. I'm on month 2 week 2 right now so only 2 more weeks0 -
Last day of month one today and I've only lost 2lb but I took pics at the start and again at the end of week 3 and can see big changes.0

Day 1
Day 30 - 5 lb difference

Being a grad of Insanity by itself and a hybrid with Insanity and Pump, the most significant results are going to be seen in Month 2. There may be some weight and measurement differences in Month 1, but 2 is where you get the dramatic results.0

Glad to hear that. I am finishing week 3 and have some results but nothing drastic. Knowing month two is where the difference is will be encouraging to push on!0 -
Def will see more changes in month 2! Keep at it0

I'm on day five of week 6. After the first month I lost 6 lbs and went from a size 10/12 to a size 8. I forgot to take mid pics But I'll take some when I'm done. I had good change in the first month but I can totally see how you get the most results in month two! It's butt kicking!0

I just finished Insanity. Part of my success was not weighing myself every day and instead relying on how my clothes fit. I told myself I would NOT be a slave to the scale. Good thing because I don't think I dropped a lot of weight the first month. The diet really helped too, not just the exercises.
I posted a short video on YouTube with my results and story...

I lost 5 lbs in month 1 and 15 in month 2.
Follow the nutrition guide! It helps0 -
I lost a total of 8lbs my first round but a ton of inches. Most of the weight came off the second month0

This is my half-way point progress (tummy's gone down considerably). I'm now in month 2 and hoping to see much more progress.

I would suggest taking measurements as well. I used to be a Beachbody coach and I can tell you that people get so frustrated when they don't see the scale numbers drop and don't realize how much muscle they have gained or how many inches they have lost. Like other people said, expect to see more dramatic results in month 2. Also, starting any new workout program our bodies go into "protect and defend" mode so when you are tearing muscle fibers aka building muscle, our bodies protect the tissue. The muscle becomes inflamed and slightly swollen due to fluid retention. The fluid retention also causes people to not see such a dramatic change on the scale like they expect. Don't get discouraged. You'll love the program and will get great results if you stick to it0

I took measurements and picture the very first night. I'm planning to do it every Fit Test. I kind of figured it would be more in the second month. I can tell a difference already in stamina. I've always been athletic and I have a fairly active lifestyle. For the past two months I've been counting calories and seen 17 pounds come off. Since starting I'm stuck at the same weight but I'm not getting discouraged yet lol. I figure I'm going to get some muscle then start seeing the fat go.0
