Okay i'm about to start month two of INSANITY. I'm wondering if anyone can see a difference in these photos? the one on the left was about a month ago. I understand that the tummy is that last place to go. But I want it gone! The muscles in my legs and arms are getting more defined. I'm doing my insanity everyday...

Your actual stomach looks the same however the waist looks a tiny bit smaller. You should be taking your measurements with a tape measure as well as photos.
And yes, stomache is usually one of the last places to go and diet is the most important thing. Don't get disappointed that you don't reach your goals straight away, it takes time so just keep going.0 -
Take side pictures. It's sometimes easier to tell.0

You waist is definitely smaller, well done!
Like the previous poster said, try taking photos from sideways on and you might get a better idea if your stomach has got smaller or not as face on it's harder to tell.0 -
thanks. I constantly hear of people dropping like 10 pounds in their first month of insanity; so it's frustrating to loose three. Although by calculations it does make sense. 500cal/dayX6=3000, and 3600 cals per pound. So technically I should only loose about 3.5 pounds in the first month which isn't much at all. That being said, I'm thinking the last 10-15 are probably the hardest. I'll post back in four weeks. And i'll most likely be doing a second round of insanity or insanity asylum.0

Your waist looks smaller! I'm currently on month 2 and starting the second week soon. The weighing scale barely moved for me too. I only lost about 5 pounds and I'm hoping I lose much more once I finish the whole program.0
