My typical day is this:
Breakfast: protein smoothie (protein powder, banana, milk and berries)
Snack: celery with peanut butter
Lunch: porridge
Snack: Yoghurt and almonds
Dinner: protein smoothie and veggies
Macros is 40c/30/30, NET Calories 1200 (please don't say this is too low, my tdee not including additional workouts outs is only 1500)
Other supplements I take are iron tablets and Benefiber.
Any feedback on my diet would be greatly appreciated!

Does your protein powder have any synthetic ingredients or artificial sweeteners?
If not, looks pretty clean to me.0 -
