Calorie Intake???

Hello everyone,

I have a quick question, if anyone can help that would be great! So I just stared myfitnesspal yesterday. Currently, I am 5'7 and weigh 137 pounds. I don't want to lose any weight, however I do want to tone and get my stomach flatter! According to MFP my calorie intake should be 1850 daily. Is this correct?? It seems like a lot of food lol! Also, the GOAL is to work out everyday for about an hour. If anyone can help me out I'd appericate it! Thanks!!
