30 day shred alongside ripped in 30

Has anyone done this? Is it advisable? I'm on day 4 of the 30 day shred but feel like maybe I ought to take it up a notch as I guess 20 minutes workout a day isn't all that much really...

I'm curious to know what other things people have combined with the shred and have found to be effective in terms of toning, weight loss etc.

    I feel the same, so i'm doing 30DS then 6 Week Six Pack level 1 one day, and 30DS & Shred it With Weights Level 1 (kettle bells) the next. Total is about an hour for the first & 50 mins for the second combination.

    I'm then doing exactly the same once 30DS is over but with Ripped in 30 and level Two of the other two DVDS, hope that makes sense!
