Application begins with E that works along side this site

I have downloaded an application that begins with E (don't know whether we are allowed to say). It is suppose to monitor your movements eith by running or walking etc but I can't seem to get it to log on here how many steps i do when out walking. Can someone say what I may be doing wrong please? thanks in advance

Since the mfp site is affiliated with the other programs, certainly you can mention the name of it. I assume it is endomondo?
Have you connected the accounts by clicking on apps, endomondo, connect accounts?
