Unseen Insanity Results

I started Insanity on Feb 18. Had to redo week 4 due to a cold putting me in bed so I'm in the middle of week 6 right now. I just saw the doc for a sinus infection and learned a few things while I was there. I am attributing these thing to Insanity and eating a little better! My BP has gone from 118/74 to 90/60. My RHR has gone from 82 to 70. It was nice to see there are changes happening IN my body even though I don't see the major changes on the outside!
FYI the BP and the HR comparisons are from the last sinus infection I had in November so it's not comparing unsick numbers to sick numbers.
Edited for clarity.
I'm not saying I haven't seen results with Insanity because I have. The point I was trying to make was sometimes it seems we get hung up on what we can "see" as results and forget about things we can't see. Like lower heart rates, lower BP, better digestion, better quality of sleep, etc.

Try measuring yourself. The first time I did insanity I didn't loose any weight but I lost inches but I wouldn't have known that if I didn't measure myself.0

I've taken the measurements and it has been a huge change. I just never really thought about other internal changes.0

The first time I did Insanity, I didn't think it would be that big a deal, since I ride my bike 40-50 miles every Saturday and I am moderately active. Boy was I wrong; Insanity kicked my butt. After a couple weeks, though, I started really noticing my endurance on the bike was getting better. By the end of the first month my BP and resting heart rate both dropped like a rock. And that's in addition to the inches lost and the muscles getting toned.
Great job and keep it up!0 -
Those are the best results, the ones that actually prove you're more healthy scientifically. Congratulations!0
