Hello all you MFP peeps! I am facing a little dilemma. I have quit smoking and started couting my calories and easing myself into working out every other day (20 minutes on the eliptical, or 1 mile whichever comes first). It's been about a month now, and I am suddenly experiencing trouble sleeping, EXTREME fatigue and as of last night very VERY achy leg muscles. I'm wondering what could be causing this. Is my body just not used to changes I've made? Have I made myself deficient in some kind of vitamin like iron, potassium or magnesium? I have not worked out in 2 or 3 days.
