Hi,
I am on a journey to lose 100lbs naturally. My biggest fear is having excess skin. I hate the thought of any surgery which is one of the reasons I didn't want gastric surgery, However, I don't want that possible "melting" look that happens after such a weight loss. Has any one found the best way to lose with out the need for the skin reduction surgery? I know genetics and age play apart. I am 38 will be 39 this summer so I figure I will be 39 heading into 40 when I hit my 100lb goal. Any advice would be appreciated.
