Calories during strength training

Hi everyone! I finally replaced the battery in my HRM and separate my cardio calories burned from strength training calories burned -- but how can I enter the calories in the exercise part? I don't list particular exercises/weights used - just want to enter the total calories.
Any idea how I do that??? Thanks for your help!

No clue, but I've decided what I burn in my strength training, I don't add to my diary. It keeps me in a deficet without wanting to eat the rest up.0

Since I do/log cardio everyday, I don't count calories for my strength training. Just gives me a little hidden calorie deficit!0

I did notice however, there is an entry in the menu to put them in. Apparently someone added it to the Cardiovascular table. Enter "strength" and it will bring it up. You can then add them in there.0
