Healthy recipes

Hi,
My husband and I, with a couple friends are doing this together. We are using this app, working out and running together. We all have made improvements. However, I am not the best at cooking healthy meals. My cooked meals consist of pinto bean, green chili stew and homemade tortillas (I'm from NM :) and we cook everything in grease). If anyone has FAST and EASY healthy protein filled meal ideas or recipes, PLEASE share them! I'm sitting in my office eating oranges, yogurt and other fruits. My diet really stinks! I NEED PROTEIN!! I cook chicken, bake it usually, and my poor husband can only eat so much chicken and pinto beans lol....so any recipes or meal ideas you don't mind sharing are greatly appreciated. Thanks soooo much.
