So i've just started Jillian Michaels' 30 Day Shred level 1 and i'm on my 2nd day. I'm fairly active, by that I mean I try to exercise regularly or try to keep moving like jogging 2-3 times a week, walking a lot, and random 20-30 minutes workouts found on youtube
Today after finishing level one of 30 ds i decided i should try one of the suggested work outs on youtube named Buns of Envy...
MY GOD. i nearly died hahaha
If any of you are looking for something new or just willing to try something quick you should give Buns of envy a go. It's only 20 minutes long and you only need a dumbbell

yeah, i wasnt either but i began to get really bored of just jogging. I usually find video instructors annoying so i mute the sound and play music I like to workout to.

My goodness. I only made it through 15min. Just couldn't bring myself to do the last 5, lol. I should have done it this afternoon instead of waiting until 7:30pm after having already walked a couple miles today. For such easy moves it sure does give a workout. And I'm not a stranger to squats, i've started lifting in the last month.0
