Hi! 25 yrs old Wanna get in shape for Summer!

Hi, I'm a 25 year old female. Just discovered community in myfitnesspal! So excited to be social in a healthy way!

So my story is I gained 15 lbs over the holidays. Neglected exercise and ate what I wanted! ^_^ lthough I enjoyed it much... I regret not taking care of myself.

It helped me realize that I will have to take care of myself forever. My boyfriend can eat anything and everything and never gain a lb. The opposite is for me :( It's so hard to work so hard to reach for fitness, something he has to do nothing for. Watching him eat what he wants, when he wants... when I have to watch my every move and keep moving.

I just purchased the Power 90 after watching some result videos on YouTube! ^_^ I'm ready to commit to eating healthy for good! and exercising... although I'm so unmotivated I am going to focus on my goals. I want to lose at least 20 lbs this time but do it right and get in shape and keep it that way! Wish me luck!! I'm 25 and don't want to go downhill.

"MissBeyondEDC13" is getting in shape in time for EDC 2013 but staying in shape from that point and beyond ♥ It's my goal

    Hey! Good luck with your endeavors. I think we all put on some weight over the holidays - I moved from the UK to the USA in October and put on 15lbs between then and Feb. No worries, though, with dedication and some super-simple math, you'll shed it quickly.

    Add me, if you want, although I'm pretty much at the end of my journey with weightloss - only a few more lbs to go (I lost nearly 90lbs last year) - but I can offer some insight into maintaining, maybe.
