    What an awesome job you both did. I too say that one of the smartest things I did was to start working with my coach - I did the hard work, but he has been my rock through all the highs, and occasional lows....

    i have often wondered if your hubby was doing this with you as i had seen pics of him that showed a heavy guy but when i see his BEFORE pics now i'm sooooo proud of both of you for making this wonderful change....10 yrs together will now grow to 60 or 70 or 80 instead of 40 or 50 because of obesity driven health issues....you guys are a super couple and i'm glad to call you friend.....great great great work....denise
