Hit a new low this week...

Same weight as last week but body fat is 22.8%, I know scales aren't that accurate but I when I first used these scales on 29th Feb 2012 the figure was 32.6%!

Going to get some callipers and test that way.

    Yeah that's normally something you hear from people at AA meetings. Here when you say it people are cheering for you and saying stuff like "I hope to reach a new low next week!"

    Those scales do not properly account for the percentage of your body weight that is water. I'm not certain, but I'm pretty sure there is no way to lose 10% body fat in six weeks.
