Old Plan stopped working after 5 months - new here

Hi! I was on my 2nd try with a very "old" diet plan. It was working great for the first 5 months; then the past 3 weeks I was yo-yo-ing between 2 stubborn pounds.
I'm not an over eater. Eat very healthy (oh, I have my dining out on occassions but not extreme)
I know I should drink more water but hate to when it's cold out. Spring and summer should fix that!.
I would work out but have gone through 2 knee surgeries and had to give up my love of step aerobics. I love walking but the weather hasn't been cooperative and I hate doing it alone. I can't afford to go to a gym.
I am only 5' tall and need/want to lose about 30-ish lbs. Already lost 25 since October. Main reason is for my own health but happy reason is my daughter's wedding this October. So, it should be possible to lose this weight in that time frame.
My desire is to lose approx 2 lbs a week like I was with the "other" (before the yo-yo).
If you have any tips or anything please let me know. Thanks... Texan born and raised!
