Newbie here!

Hello all

This is my first attempt with this site. I have made some major lifestyle changes since Jan of this year. So far I am down 34lbs!!! I am a lifetime dieter and have decided this time that I cannot rely on some fad diet that never sticks. Logging my food and exercise daily I am hoping will help to keep me honest!
I am working out and my next fitness goal is to start running as you can do that anywhere and with summer coming I may not always be close to a gym! I have to admit though the thought of jogging scares me........I have never done it!
Hoping this site will motivate me and help me stay the course.........any encouragement is very much welcome!
