    Guess what! If you were in the Air Force you would get the maximum points possible during your PT test for your waist being under 31.5! Each 1/2 point bigger you get less and less points... Yay for you!

    6 mile runs, insanity and turbo fire videos is the main exercises I do.
    It's seriously 90% diet though. So eating right and watching my calorie intake was a huge part of it.
