I have the Nike Fuel band and would like to have some accountability throughout the day. I've learned that you can see each others progress in the Nike+ app with your Facebook friends.     Im thinking of purchasing one. Can you tell me how it has helped or improved your fitness and / or goals? I want it, but it's a decent expense for me and I want to hear how it's actually working.
