Is anyone in the hamilton ontario area wanting to get fit?

    I think you can search for buddies by location. I live in Florida, but we can challenge eachother to various workouts. I've found that fun on here with others in the past.

    OK 50 PUSHUPS ... GO

    Or maybe we could start out in reality where we're not already Navy Seals:glasses:
