Hi, I am 42 year old with type 2 diabetes. I decided in Nov of 2012 to try to change my life with healthy eating. So far I have lost 25 lbs and feel much better but still have a ways to go.I am hope this will give me inspiration to keep going, I have always struggled with weight but after kids and quit smoking i packed it on and now it is time to get rid of it!
