Hello!

Tomorrow morning is the first time in weeks I will weighing myself and I'm so nervous, but I have to do it so I'm accountable :( I -know- I have gained weight I just hope it isn't that much. Have you ever felt nervous stepping on the scale? Any comforting words?

I actually just wrote a big long post this afternoon in my blog joannagetsfit.blogspot.com about how nervous I am to weigh tomorrow! I've been on MFP and doing Insanity for 3 weeks now, and haven't weighed since before I started. I'm just so scared of getting discouraged by the number! I know I've lost inches, but the scale has some sort of psychological hold over me! We will see what it says in the morning...

I would just get it over with of I were you, I avoided scales for the better part of a year because I knew I had gained weight, and well, that led to more weight gain because I wasn't holding myself accountable. I know EXACTLY how you feel. The day I finally stepped on the scale was the day I began working on weight loss, it was such a slap in the face! Good luck :-)
