Filet Mignon - How to Measure

Hey guys,

So I made steak for dinner, filet mignon. It weighed 8oz raw and 6oz cooked. Do you know how to track this? Under General-Filet Mignon it doesn't say raw or cooked. Is there a standard? What do you guys usually do?
