Look & Feel vs Numbers

Ok, so I have seen a lot of random posts in other threads about looking & feeling good with focus on how much they weigh. I am not immune to this way of thinking as I do have a goal weight in mind. I am trying to concentrate more on how I feel everyday versus what the scale is telling me. I wake up do an Insanity workout, then a light weight routine before goin to work for 12hrs of sitting on my *kitten*. I watch my caloric intake to combat my motionless work schedule. I have decided that I am only goin to weigh myself on the first of each month. After doing this schedule for a month, I have felt my energy levels rise, my workouts have become more intense & I am sleeping better. I manged to lose 8lbs last month & hope to reach my goal weight by the end of summer. But I know that if I don't my mind & body will still be in the best shape they have been in the last 20yrs.
