Hello!
So I joined MFP about a week ago and was kind of exploring and lurking a bit at first. I am loving it so far!! I would like to have some online buddies for inspiration and encouragement. I am a 39 yr old married mom of two looking to lose 50 lbs. I took up running when I quit smoking 2 years ago but have let my running fall to the wayside over the past 9 months. Taking on a full time job, and trying to finish my degree through distance ed means less free time and I haven't made enough of an effort to MAKE time. Which really sucks because I think regular running helped me stay positive and energetic and I am lacking in those departments now! I just finished a 9-day cleanse from one of those MMA companies(just did it because my husband wanted to try it mostly), but now I'm just looking at reducing my calorie intake. The shake idea did work for ease and convenience though, so now I am trying out the Slimfast 321 program for a month to see if I make progress.
