You don't look like you have enough weight to lose to be on 1200 calories a day. Please eat more and read this thread! http://www.myfitnesspal.com/topics/show/937712-in-place-of-a-road-map-ver-3-00

try a can of progresso light soup. most of them are under 200 calories for the whole can. raw veggies are a good, quick, easy low-cal snack. but i agree, 1200 calories a day helps you lose quickly at first, but if you are working out too, eventually your body will go into starvation mode, and it will become increasingly difficult to lose weight.0

I third this. To understand weight loss a little better:You don't look like you have enough weight to lose to be on 1200 calories a day. Please eat more and read this thread! http://www.myfitnesspal.com/topics/show/937712-in-place-of-a-road-map-ver-3-0

I was going to suggest soup, too. I either make my own or add extra water and spices (usually italian herbs and garlic powder) to prepackaged soups --which makes them much more filling for the same calories and reduces the sodium concentration--which I find off-putting in most prepackaged soups.0
