Carb Cycling

I have been convinced to start carb cycling. Wondered if anyone has any advice regarding what you do/eat and how you found it. Cheers!

I carb cycle, twice a month. Usually on a Saturday after an intense full body. (Then your body is more apt to actually use the carbs productively rather than store)
Usually I am just upping my carbs 3x, with good carbs though, Whole grain pastas (still avoiding the creamy sauces) I make a really delicious homemade pizza, loaded with veggies and turkey products, you can buy a crust that even if you ate the entire pizza, its only 100carbs. (Mama Mary's whole wheat) I avoid cereals, and processed carbs as well. I tend to have about three days of sheer energy after a carb cycle, and have seen better results doing so.0
