I am just wondering how other JMBR users are logging these workouts as. I tried to search for this answer but I can't find it, sorry if this has been discussed before.

    I log mine as circuit training, and I know a few other members do, too. I log the cardio as aerobics.

    thanks! I have been logging it in as vigorous calisthenics. Same as I did with 30 Day Shred. Just don't want to be over thinking my burn.

    i actually just looked up the calorie burn for circuit training and it was the same a calisthenics vigorous. I guess I am ok either way!
