Twice the protein up and go

Hey Guys,
Up and Go have recently brought out a new breakfast drink with twice as much protein as the original. I was wondering the effects that might occur if I were to replace 2 meals a day with these shakes, currently I rarely meet my macros for protein and usually go quite over with carbohydrates. Therefore this usually results in me going my over my daily intake of calories, thus I am gaining weight quite rapidly.
So, I was wondering what you guys thought of the shakes as a meal replacement, I would eat a 500 calorie meal in the evening which would make my whole calorie intake to about 1200 (fruit and vegetable snacks through out the day)
What effects would this have on my body if I did this for around two weeks, and would I lose weight?
