getting back on the horse

hi guys. haven't been on here in a while. i hurt my leg and couldn't do my normal workouts for a long time so i just got fed up and stopped trying. i did go to the gym yesterday though and did some biking and running on the treadmill and my leg feels fine today. so that just proves that there's nothing stopping me anymore. any tips on getting back into your routine after having let it go for a while?

    Welcome back. No way other than jumping back on. Just watch that leg for soreness and maybe switch out to some upper body work.

    Cut your workouts back. Maybe to 1/4 or 1/2 of what you were doing, build up. Good luck.
