I started first week of the new year at 235, I have lost 36 pounds!!

    Thank you for all your kind words, I was shocked when I saw the after pic. I noticed even my skin has cleared up. Looking in the mirror everyday I don't see it, but putting on that same shirt and taking a new pic really showed me how much has changed!
