Just Juicin

Just started juicing twice per day, I'm ready to start logging my diet again. My question is: do I log the fruits and veggies individually or do I create a recipe first and log it that way? I ask this because my juicer yields at ~65%, but logging would put me at 100%... not sure if I've explained adequately, but I'm definitely open to any recommendations.

I would log the juice, for example this week I juiced: Apples, Celery, Ginger, 3 English Cucumbers, Kale and Spinach - 12 ounces = 92 calories of which 28 is carbs, place in the blender with one frozen banana and 2 tbs organic peanut butter and that was my smoothie. Bear in mind that the peanut butter is high in calories.
Go light on carrots and beets - high in sugar. For me cucumber, ginger and apple is very refreshing.0
