Other Nutrisystem users out there?

Not sure if it is OK to ask what diet plan you are using or not. Anyways I find MFP to be better at tracking all the nutrients not just calories than NS. Plus it has a great Ipad app.

Basically I'm like many here, just logging in what I eat and rearranging choices if they go over certain areas (cals., sodium, etc.). It makes sense for me to do that since I'm the one who needs to be in control and knowledgeable about what I eat. And I like to be able to easily track my exercise as well. For some folks a "packaged food plan" is a good starter, but can be pricey and eventually you have to know how to eat healthy on your own.0
