Sugar free redbull and copycats of this drink

Hey everyone!!! :-D

When I lost a lot of weight before, I used to drink 1 can of sugar free redbull a day. It actually gave me bad skin for a few months, but I guess it did something to my metabolism because the fat just dropped off me. (i didnt exercise at the time, just did a manual job.)

I am maybe a bit stupid but i was suprised to see that you are meant to cut out fizzy stuff, even diet fizzy stuff, when you wanna lose weight. I never drank a lot of soda stuff before, just the occasional can of diet coke but how many of you like energy drinks, and do you think they help or hinder your weight journey?

(Sugar free ones, obviously.)

  • I will add that I changed my diet to low-fat foods at the time also, as I am doing now as I try to drop the pounds x
